Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Easy Solar Sdn Bhd operates a strict no-cancellation, no-refund policy for all confirmed projects and services. Once a customer has signed a quotation or executed a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA), the order or service cannot be cancelled.

This policy applies to all solar PV installations, electrical works, maintenance services, equipment, and materials supplied by Easy Solar Sdn Bhd.

2. Payment Obligations

By accepting a quotation or signing an SPA, customers acknowledge and agree that:

All payment obligations — including instalments arranged through senangPay or any other financial institution — remain binding regardless of changes in customer preference, personal circumstances, or any other reason not covered under Section 4 (Limited Exceptions) of this policy.

Easy Solar Sdn Bhd will not reverse payments or instalments once a service has been confirmed. For instalment arrangements, customers should direct any enquiries regarding payment reversal directly to senangPay or their issuing bank. Easy Solar Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any bank charges or fees arising from reversed instalments.

3. Deposits

Deposits paid to confirm a project are non-refundable. Deposit amounts are applied toward the total project cost and are not held in escrow. Once paid, a deposit signifies the customer's acceptance of the project scope and these terms.

4. Limited Exceptions

Easy Solar Sdn Bhd may, at its sole discretion, consider a cancellation or partial refund only in the following circumstances:

Where regulatory or legal requirements specifically mandate cancellation or refund; or where an error solely attributable to Easy Solar Sdn Bhd makes performance of the agreed service impossible.

Even in these exceptional circumstances, the preferred remedy is rework, replacement, or rectification — not a monetary refund — except where Malaysian law expressly requires otherwise.

5. Defective Workmanship

Claims relating to defective workmanship or equipment are handled under the warranty terms specified in your individual service agreement or quotation. Warranty claims do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund under this policy; they are addressed through rectification and repair.

6. Governing Law

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sabah, Malaysia.
