Shipping Policy

1. No General Product Shipping

Easy Solar Sdn Bhd does not offer general shipping or courier delivery of products to customer addresses. We are a solar installation and services company; our work is primarily project-based and site-specific.

For small items purchased by walk-in customers, the customer is responsible for collecting the item(s) from the Easy Solar office or designated collection point. No delivery or courier service is provided unless explicitly agreed upon and stated in a written quotation or agreement.

2. Site Delivery for Projects

For solar-related projects — including installation, electrification, and maintenance works — transportation of materials and equipment to the project site is handled as part of the project scope. All logistics, site delivery, and handling of materials will be clearly specified in the quotation or Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA).

Site delivery dates, responsibility for off-loading, and any associated transportation charges are considered agreed terms once the quotation or SPA has been accepted and signed by the customer.

Easy Solar Sdn Bhd will not be liable for delays or issues arising from site access restrictions, incorrect site directions, or failure of the customer to provide a clear, safe, and accessible delivery point, unless these matters are expressly covered in the project agreement.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete site details, including address, contact person, and site access conditions. Customers must also ensure the site is accessible for delivery and installation on the agreed date and time, and must inform Easy Solar Sdn Bhd in advance of any changes to site conditions or access restrictions that may affect delivery or installation scheduling.

Any additional transportation or delivery charges arising from changes or errors made by the customer will be borne by the customer.

4. Changes to This Policy

Easy Solar Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to www.easysolar.com.my.
