O&M Engineer
Operations Mid-level Full-time You will be responsible for the performance, reliability, and safety of solar PV installations. Working across active project sites, you will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure all systems operate within technical and regulatory standards.
O&M Engineer
What you will do
- Conduct routine and corrective maintenance on solar PV systems, inverters, and associated electrical infrastructure
- Monitor system performance data and respond to alerts, faults, and underperformance incidents
- Coordinate and supervise on-site contractors, ensuring work quality and HSE compliance
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and site documentation
- Support commissioning activities and handover of new projects
- Liaise with DNB, TNB, and relevant authorities on technical matters when required
What we are looking for
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in solar PV O&M or electrical maintenance
- Familiar with SCADA/monitoring platforms; able to read single-line diagrams and technical drawings
- Valid electrical competency certification (ST/CE/Chargeman) is an advantage
- Willing to travel to project sites; based in Sabah or willing to relocate
Business Development Executive
Commercial Mid-level Full-time You will drive commercial growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities across the industrial and commercial sectors. This role requires someone who can build strong client relationships, navigate complex procurement processes, and represent Easy Solar credibly in front of corporate and institutional decision-makers.

What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar C&I and utility segment
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients across target sectors
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial submissions tailored to client requirements
- Work closely with the project and technical team to ensure proposals are commercially sound and deliverable
- Track pipeline, report progress, and manage CRM records consistently
- Support tender submissions including documentation coordination and compliance checks
What we are looking for
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years in B2B sales, business development, or project origination — renewable energy experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable with long sales cycles and institutional procurement processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Self-directed, with a structured approach to pipeline management
CommOps & Admin Executive
Operations Junior Full-time You will be the operational backbone of our commercial and project activities — keeping contracts, correspondence, compliance documents, and internal processes moving without friction. This is a role for someone detail-oriented who wants to grow into a broader operations or project coordination function over time.

- Manage document flow across contracts, permits, regulatory submissions, and project records
- Coordinate internal scheduling, meeting prep, and follow-up for the commercial and operations teams
- Support tender and proposal submissions — collating, formatting, and tracking documents against deadlines
- Handle vendor and client correspondence, ensuring timely responses and accurate record-keeping
- Maintain HR-related admin including leave tracking, onboarding documents, and staff records
- Assist in process improvement — identifying gaps and helping standardise workflows
What we are looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in admin, project coordination, or commercial operations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project or document management tools is a plus
- Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving, lean team environment
