Easy Solar Sdn Bhd may offer payment options through senangPay, including instalment plans facilitated by financial institutions. Any instalment arrangement is subject to approval by the respective financial institution and their applicable terms and conditions.

Easy Solar Sdn Bhd does not guarantee approval of any instalment application and shall not be held liable for any credit decisions, bank-imposed fees, or charges related to the instalment arrangement. Customers are responsible for all payment obligations, including instalments, regardless of changes in personal circumstances or preferences.

Refund eligibility for payments made through senangPay is subject to Easy Solar's Cancellation & Refund Policy and senangPay's prevailing policies. Easy Solar Sdn Bhd will not reverse payments or reimburse bank charges associated with reversed instalments.

7. Enquiries and Communication

When you contact us through our website, WhatsApp, or email, you consent to receiving communications from Easy Solar Sdn Bhd related to your enquiry. We will not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
